End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") summarises the licence under which Foundational Creations lets you use the VastuLive mobile app. It is part of, and subject to, our Terms of Service. The full and binding licence, app-store and liability terms are in clauses 10, 11, 15 and 16 of the Terms of Service; if this summary and the Terms of Service differ, the Terms of Service prevail.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with the Terms of Service, Foundational Creations grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to download, install and use the VastuLive app on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use (Terms of Service, clause 10).

2. Restrictions

You must not copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble or create derivative works of the app, except to the extent the law expressly allows; rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense it; or remove or obscure any proprietary notice. The full acceptable-use rules are in clause 8 of the Terms of Service.

3. Termination

The licence lasts until it is terminated by you (for example, by deleting your account) or by us under clause 18 of the Terms of Service. It ends automatically if you breach the Terms of Service. When it ends, you must stop using the app and delete it from your devices.

4. External Services

The app relies on third-party services, including Google and Apple sign-in, Supabase and Google Cloud, as described in clause 12 of the Terms of Service and in our Privacy Policy. If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, the app-store terms in clause 11 of the Terms of Service also apply, including Apple's rights as a third-party beneficiary.

5. NO WARRANTY

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", to the maximum extent permitted by law, and its Vaastu, astrology and Feng Shui content is traditional guidance, not professional advice and not a promise of any outcome. See clauses 5, 6 and 15 of the Terms of Service. Nothing here limits your non-excludable rights as a consumer.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited as set out in clause 16 of the Terms of Service, which does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
