Data Deletion Policy

You can delete your VastuLive account and everything in it from inside the app, at any time, without asking us. This page explains how, and exactly what is removed.

1. Your Right to Deletion

You can delete at any time: (a) your account and the email address (or mobile number) it is tied to, (b) your profile name, gender and any birth details, (c) every floor plan and room scan you uploaded, including the stored images, (d) every analysis and report produced from them.

2. How to Delete Your Account

In the app: open Profile, tap Delete Account, and confirm. Deletion happens immediately and no further contact with us is needed. If you cannot access the app, email delete@foundationalcreations.com from the email address you signed in with (or tell us the mobile number on the account), and we will verify you own the account before deleting.

3. What Happens When You Delete

(a) Your floor plans, room scans and their stored images are removed. (b) Your analyses, reports and profile are removed. (c) Your account is closed and your sign-in identity is no longer associated with it. (d) You are signed out, and signing in again later creates a new, empty account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. If you signed in with Apple, you can also stop VastuLive using your Apple ID in your device's Settings, under your name, Sign in with Apple.

4. What May Remain

(a) Anonymous usage events that were never linked to your account. (b) Copies inside encrypted backups, which expire within 30 days. (c) Records we are required by law to keep. We do not keep your floor plans or their images after deletion.

5. Confirmation

The app confirms on screen when deletion has completed. We do not send a confirmation email. If deletion fails, the app tells you so and nothing is left half-removed.
