Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains how you may and may not use VastuLive. It forms part of, and adds detail to, our Terms of Service (in particular clauses 2.2, 7 and 8). If they differ, the Terms of Service prevail.

1. Permitted Uses

You may use VastuLive to: (a) analyse plans, sketches and scans of homes you own, occupy, or are genuinely considering buying or renting; (b) generate reports for your personal, non-commercial use; (c) learn about Vaastu Shastra through our educational content; and (d) share your own reports with family, friends or professionals you choose to consult.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT: (a) upload plans, photographs or scans you do not have the right to use, or of a property without the permission of its owner or occupier where that permission is needed; (b) use VastuLive or its reports commercially, including to provide paid consultations or certifications, without our prior written permission; (c) redistribute, resell or sublicense the Services or their content; (d) scrape, bulk-download or use the Services or their output to build or train a competing product, model or dataset; (e) reverse-engineer the app or Services except where the law expressly allows it; (f) attempt to bypass usage limits or security, or to attack or manipulate our systems or the AI models we use; (g) upload unlawful, infringing, harmful or malicious content; or (h) break any law.

3. Professional Use

If you are a Vaastu consultant, architect, interior designer or real-estate professional, you may use VastuLive for your own homes like anyone else. To use it for clients you need our prior written permission (write to support@foundationalcreations.com). Whatever permission we give, you must not present a VastuLive report as your own professional opinion or as a certification, and you remain responsible for any advice you give your clients.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches of this policy and, where reasonable, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, report unlawful activity to the authorities and take legal action, as described in clauses 8 and 18 of the Terms of Service. We will update this policy as described in clause 19 of the Terms of Service.

5. Reporting Violations

Report a breach of this policy to support@foundationalcreations.com. We review every report.
