Digital Personal Data Protection Act
Last updated: October 6, 2026
VastuLive is offered by Bharadwaj Chava, an individual developer based in Bengaluru, trading as Foundational Creations. This page summarizes how we approach personal data in light of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). It does not replace our Privacy Policy.
Purpose of processing
We process personal data to provide Vaastu analysis, support your account, improve product reliability, and meet legal obligations. Floor plans and related inputs are used to generate orientation and remedy guidance you request.
Consent and notice
Where the DPDP Act requires consent, we seek it in clear language before processing. You may withdraw consent for optional processing where applicable. Essential processing needed to deliver a service you asked for may continue as permitted by law.
Your rights
Subject to the Act and applicable rules, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and information about the processing we perform. You may also raise a grievance with us before approaching the Data Protection Board of India when that mechanism is available.
Children
VastuLive is intended for adults making decisions about home and property. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children for marketing. If you believe a child's data was submitted in error, contact us for prompt review and deletion where required.
Retention and security
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described, or as required by law. We apply reasonable security safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and the risk of harm from unauthorized access or disclosure.
Contact and grievance
For DPDP-related requests or grievances, email privacy@foundationalcreations.com. We aim to acknowledge and resolve requests within a reasonable period consistent with the Act and our support process. See also Data Deletion.
